We’ve been consistently recognized as an eCommerce High Performer and one of the overall top rated eCommerce platforms in the G2 Crowd eCommerce Platforms Grid® Report since 2016.
For their Summer, 2018 eCommerce Platforms reports, G2 Crowd decided to start to segment out their eCommerce Platform Grid Reports into Small Business, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Overall rankings to help online retailers of different sizes and with different needs do their technology research. We’re proud to say we are ranked as an eCommerce High Performer in both the Small Business Grid as well as the Overall Grid!
Since we’re still just a small (but fast growing) startup who hasn’t raised gazillions of $$$ or gone public on the Nasdaq, we’re most proud of the fact that our customers have rated us with one of the highest satisfaction scores of all of the vendors in the rankings! LemonStand has received a 4.7 out of 5 star average rating in user satisfaction to date. When it comes to satisfaction, we outperformed almost everybody, even the biggest eCommerce platforms for small business, including Shopify (4.3), BigCommerce (4.3) and WooCommerce (4.3). And in case you’re wondering, this isn’t the first time, and it definitely won’t be the last!
