eCommerce design and development and related topics – UI/UX, Usability, Customization, Personalization, Design/development tools, Agency best practices, etc.
Good Post Examples
eCommerce marketing and growth related topics – Marketing, Analytics, Advertising, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Pricing, Tools, Subscription eCommerce, etc.
Good Post Examples
We only publish posts that teach and give value to our readers. That means:
- NO plagiarism or recycled content.
- NO generic topics that have been published all over the Web already.
- NO promoting or linking to your company from within the post. This is only allowed in the bio.
Length of articles
Articles must be a minimum of 1,000 words. Ideal length is 1,500 words and up.
All facts and claims must be accurate. Cite sources for researched facts. Link to them when possible, but don’t overdo external links.
All articles must have images and screenshots. Whenever possible, include screenshots that demonstrate what is being talked about in the text.
Here is the ultimate guideline to put it all together:
“A LemonStand post should make our readers want to stop what they are doing, print out the article and spend the day applying what they have learned to their eCommerce store.”
If you’ve read our guidelines and would still like to guest post on our blog, read on.
Note – we get a lot of guest submissions and only respond if we see a fit. If we like the draft article you submit, we’ll create an author account for you in our publishing system where you can upload the full article, and coordinate with you on the editorial process for final publication. And remember, make it engaging and write in the active voice! This is not an essay for your University professor – make it fun and informative.
We look forward to reading your awesome content!
